Key Responsibilities Include

Actively sell and promote all products in the portfolio.
Demonstrating in-depth understanding of products or services to effectively answer customer questions and address concerns.
Increase product awareness and develop the assigned area by managing a dedicated route of shops and establishments.
Identify new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
Follow up with customers, offer excellent post-sale support and provide customer feedback.
Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities and product developments to maintain a competitive edge.

Essential Skills and Qualities

Excellent communication and negotiating skills.
A commitment to providing exceptional service to ensure a positive customer experience.
A self-motivated and results-driven attitude to overcome challenges and meet ambitious sales goals.
Managing sales pipelines, databases and documentation efficiently.
Fluency in English and Maltese. Knowledge of the Italian language is considered an asset.
A team player.
Hold a clean driving licence.
Previous sales experience in this field shall be considered an asset.
