Main Responsibilities

Supervise and support restaurant staff, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Lead by example and promote a positive, team-oriented environment.
Collaborate with kitchen and Front Office to ensure excellent guest experience.
Ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
Handle guest feedback in a professional and timely manner.
Oversee daily operations, including opening/closing procedures and service flow.
Monitor stock levels and support inventory management.
Train and develop team members, providing feedback and guidance.

Requirements

Previous experience in a supervisory role within luxury hospitality (Europe preferred). Bar experience is an advantage.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Fluent English (B2 or higher); additional EU languages are a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Must be eligible to work in Malta and based in Malta or willing to relocate.
