Group Marketing Coordinator – AGV Group, Malta

📍 Malta | Full-time

Starting out in marketing? This could be your first step.

AGV Group runs a growing mix of businesses in Malta, including hotels, food and beverage outlets, catering and sports tourism. Our marketing is handled by an external agency. We’re looking for an organised, curious person to be the link between our businesses and that agency, so ideas turn into finished campaigns on time.

You won’t be expected to design ads or write the marketing strategy yourself. The agency does the creative work. Your job is to keep everything moving: gather what each business needs, brief the agency clearly, follow up, and make sure what goes live is accurate and approved.

What you’ll do

Collect marketing requests and priorities from management and the different businesses in the group
Turn those requests into clear, simple briefs for our agency
Keep the group’s marketing calendar of campaigns, content, events and key dates
Be the agency’s day-to-day contact: run regular catch-ups, track deadlines and follow up on actions
Check agency work before it goes live: right prices, dates, details and brand look
Gather feedback from the team into one clear set of comments
Keep our logos, photos and brand materials organised and up to date
Share performance reports and help track marketing spend against budget

What we’re looking for

Someone early in their career. A recent graduate, someone with a year or two of work behind them, or someone moving into marketing from another field are all welcome
Very organised: you like lists, deadlines and seeing things through
Clear, confident communication in English, written and spoken
Comfortable working with lots of different people and keeping everyone in the loop
A good eye for detail. You’ll notice when a price or date is wrong
Comfortable with everyday tools like email, spreadsheets and shared calendars
An interest in marketing, social media or hospitality

Nice to have, but not essential

An internship, a student project or a side project involving marketing, events or social media
Studies in marketing, communications, business or a related field
Maltese

You don’t need a list of degrees or years of experience to apply. If you’re organised, reliable and keen to learn, we’d like to hear from you.

What we offer

A competitive salary based on your experience
Hands-on experience across several brands and sectors in one role
Close work with management and a professional marketing agency, so you’ll learn how campaigns are planned and delivered
Room to grow as the group’s marketing develops
