Reporting directly to the HR Manager, you will play an important role in supporting the office and helping colleagues with their everyday needs. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of practical responsibilities, coordinate with suppliers and ensure the office remains organised, well-equipped and ready for business. With a varied scope of responsibilities, you can strengthen your organisational, communication and coordination skills while building valuable professional experience in a growing company.

The position combines office administration, supplier coordination and practical office support within a part-time schedule of 25 hours per week. From managing orders and arranging deliveries to organising small office events, you will help create a smooth and welcoming experience for colleagues. This is an opportunity to bring your initiative and attention to detail to a role where your contribution supports the wider team.

You will:

Coordinate suppliers, orders and office deliveries.
Manage office supplies and organise necessary purchases.
Arrange small office events and team activities.
Maintain an organised, well-equipped and efficient office.

Skills and Experience

At least 2 years of experience in office administration, office coordination or a similar role.
Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage suppliers, orders and multiple priorities.
A proactive, reliable and hands-on approach to supporting colleagues and keeping daily office operations running smoothly.
