Public Area Attendant

We are looking for reliable and detail-focused individuals to join our client’s team as Public Area Attendants. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the hotel’s public spaces remain clean, presentable, and inviting at all times.

Responsibilities

Clean and maintain public areas such as lobbies, corridors, restrooms, and lounges.

Refill amenities and cleaning supplies as required.

Ensure all assigned areas are thoroughly cleaned and meet hotel hygiene standards.

Report any maintenance problems or safety concerns to the appropriate supervisor.

Provide courteous assistance to guests with basic questions or requests.

Requirements

Possession of a valid Skills Pass is required.

Physically capable of performing manual cleaning tasks.

Able to work independently and manage responsibilities efficiently.

Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Previous experience in hospitality or commercial cleaning is a plus, but not essential.

Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking) is mandatory for all applicants.
