Base salary + uncapped monthly commission. Build financial stability while earning more for every deal you close.
No waiting years to be rewarded. Your performance can translate into commission within weeks, not months or years.
Fast-track your earnings and career. Achieve in two years what could take a decade elsewhere, with promotions driven by results, not time served.

At Archer & Accelerate, we're looking for ambitious sales professionals ready to turn their experience into bigger earnings, faster progression, and greater financial freedom.

We've seen team members reach milestones they once thought were years away: buying their first home, upgrading their lifestyle, and travelling the world with greater financial freedom.

What you can expect

More than a new job title. Every promotion brings increased earning potential, bigger opportunities, and greater responsibility. Hit your targets, prove what you're capable of, and progress based on results - not how long you've been in the role.
Get rewarded while you perform. With monthly commission, your success doesn't have to wait for an annual review. Close deals, earn commission, and see the financial impact of your performance.
Take ownership of your earning potential. The more you develop, perform, and deliver results, the more opportunities you have to increase your income and build the career you want.

The extras

Fully paid high-performer ski trip to the Alps.
Flexible benefits, including a gym allowance, private health insurance, and private pension.
Monday to Friday working schedule.
Team events and team-building activities throughout the year.

Are we a match?

At least 1 year of sales experience - outbound sales experience is a plus.
Ambitious to increase your earnings and progress quickly.
Resilient, driven, and motivated by targets and results.
Eligible to work in Malta with an EU passport or citizenship.
