This AML opportunity is with a well-established, regulated financial institution with an international corporate client base, offering you the chance to develop your career in a stable, professionally driven banking environment. This position offers hands-on experience across AML/CFT, KYC, customer due diligence, transaction monitoring, sanctions and financial crime investigations, providing a strong foundation for long-term career development within financial crime compliance. You will also gain insight into corporate banking and work with international clients across a range of sectors, helping you build a broader understanding of financial crime risks within a regulated banking environment.

You will:

Oversee AML/CFT controls and transaction monitoring, reviewing escalated transactions, suspicious activity, sanctions screening and high-risk cases in line with regulatory requirements
Manage customer risk and due diligence activities, including EDD reviews, customer risk assessments and ongoing KYC requirements
Maintain the AML/CFT framework and regulatory reporting, supporting reporting, business risk assessments, policies, procedures and regulatory submissions

Skills /Experience:

2+ years of experience in AML/CFT, compliance, risk, or financial crime
Understanding of AML/CFT regulations
Strong analytical and investigative skills, with the ability to assess complex or higher-risk customer activity

Salary / Remuneration: €35,000 - €45,000 (Depending on Experience) + Attractive employee benefits package + hybrid arrangements
