This AML Manager opportunity is with a well-established international organisation with a strong presence across multiple markets, offering you the opportunity to develop your career within a stable and reputable business. You will:

Manage the day-to-day AML/CFT framework, ensuring policies, procedures and controls are appropriately implemented
Oversee CDD, EDD, and ongoing monitoring activities, including assessing higher-risk customers, PEPs, sanctions alerts, adverse media, and suspicious transactions
Provide oversight of transaction monitoring and financial crime investigations and prepare suspicious activity reports
Provide guidance, coaching and oversight to AML team members

Skills /Experience:

3 + years of experience in AML/CFT, financial crime compliance or a related regulatory role
Practical knowledge of KYC/CDD, EDD, transaction monitoring, sanctions and PEP screening
Good understanding of AML/CFT regulatory requirements

Salary / Remuneration: €40,000 – €50,000 (Depending on Experience) + health insurance, car parking, flexible work arrangements and regular performance reviews
