Provide customer support via email/live chat
Assist customers with their queries in a professional and timely manner.
Deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Skills & Experience:

Fluent in both written and spoken Danish and English.
Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Salary & Benefits: €26,000 – €34,000 DOE + Performance Bonus
