As an MLRO & Compliance Officer, you will play an important role in protecting the business while supporting its ambitions, giving you the opportunity to combine your regulatory expertise with a commercially minded approach and help shape the company's compliance function as it scales. You will oversee the development and implementation of AML/CFT measures and regulatory compliance processes, helping ensure the company remains aligned with its obligations as its products and operations evolve.

You will:

Develop, oversee and continuously improve the company's AML/CFT and regulatory compliance arrangements, ensuring policies, procedures and monitoring activities remain robust and fit for purpose
Assess and manage potential financial crime concerns, oversee escalations and suspicious activity investigations, and coordinate STR/SAR submissions and other required regulatory notifications
Supervise customer onboarding and ongoing due diligence processes, including CDD, EDD, sanctions screening and transaction or customer monitoring, ensuring appropriate risk management and regulatory compliance

Skills / Experience:

4 + years of relevant experience in AML/CFT, financial crime prevention and regulatory compliance within a regulated financial services organisation
Previous experience within an Electronic Money Institution (EMI) and/or a MiFID-regulated firm

Salary / Remuneration: €65,000 - €75,000 (Depending on Experience) + equity participation, private health insurance, hybrid arrangement, modern offices
