As a Payments and Fraud Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting risk assessments, managing payment reviews, verifying KYC documents, and investigating suspicious activities. With a strong focus on compliance and fraud prevention, this role provides an exceptional chance to thrive in the payments and risk sector. You will be supported by the company's comprehensive development and support system, designed to sharpen your skills in fraud detection and prevention.

You will:

Process customer payments (inbound/outbound) within set SLAs.
Monitor new player behavior to identify and prevent potential fraud.
Work closely with customer support and payment providers to resolve issues related to deposits, withdrawals, and KYC.

Skills/Experience:

Minimum of 1-year experience within the iGaming industry, a payment provider, or banking.
Fluency in English; and proficiency in German is a must.
Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.

Salary / Remuneration: €30,000 – €33,000 DOE
