You will be part of a close-knit compliance team of four professionals, creating a collaborative and supportive environment. Working directly alongside the Head of Compliance will allow you to learn from highly experienced specialists and accelerate your professional development.

As a Compliance Analyst, you will gain a 360° view of the compliance function and be involved in both AML and regulatory compliance matters. This broad exposure will strengthen your technical expertise and help you develop into a well-rounded compliance professional.

You will:

Be the go-to person to deliver solutions to colleagues and other stakeholders.
Perform client screening checks and analyze results.
Operate within MFSA regulations.

Skills / Experience:

2 years of experience in AML onboarding and screenings.
Experience in MFSA-regulated industries.
Be self-driven, take ownership, and be eager to grow.

Salary / Remuneration: €28 to €32K + bonus + hybrid + birthday off + training sponsorship + life and health insurance
