Compensation (basic salary + unlimited earnings):

Year 1 average total earnings: €36K+ | Year 2: €51K+ (top performers earn much more)

What We Look For:

1–5 years of proven success in sales, recruitment, customer success, or another client-facing commercial role
A sharp commercial mindset, ready to hit targets, own results, and build a long-term career
