As Compliance Officer and MLRO, you will have the opportunity to become PQ’d with the MFSA, representing a significant step forward in your career towards a more strategic, visible, and influential position.

You will:

Act as MLRO, including review and escalation of suspicious activity and submission of STRs/SARs to the FIAU.
Act as primary point of contact with MFSA and FIAU for regulatory engagement, filings, and inspections.
Continuously evaluate and improve the use of technology and automation across onboarding, screening, monitoring, and reporting.

Skills / Experience:

Proven experience engaging with regulators (MFSA/FIAU).
Experience in EMI (MiFID is a plus)
Meet the requirements to be PQd.

Salary / Remuneration: €60K - €80K DOE + hybrid + attractive bonus + health insurance
