Full-time Cleaner / Dishwasher required for a 12-month contract. Duties include washing dishes and kitchen equipment and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in designated work areas.

Main Duties

Wash dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots, pans and kitchen utensils.
Operate and clean dishwashing equipment safely.
Dry, organise and store clean kitchen items in the correct areas.
Clean and sanitise kitchen surfaces, floors, sinks and work areas.
Empty waste bins and dispose of waste according to hygiene procedures.
Maintain cleanliness of designated premises, including common and sanitary areas when required.
Refill cleaning and hygiene supplies.
Follow all food hygiene, health and safety procedures.
Report damaged equipment, shortages or safety hazards to the supervisor.
Assist the kitchen and cleaning team with other reasonable duties when required.

Requirements

Previous cleaning or dishwashing experience is an advantage but is not essential.
Basic understanding and communication in English.
Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team.
Good attention to cleanliness and hygiene.
Ability to perform physical work, remain standing for extended periods and safely handle routine cleaning tasks.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays when scheduled.

Employment Conditions:

Permanent, full-time employment.
40 hours per week on a shift basis.
Gross pay: €6.50 per hour.
