Planning Manager

This role will play a key part in optimizing plant loading, ensuring planning efficiency, and supporting business continuity through effective coordination with internal stakeholders.

Duties & Responsibilities The responsibilities include, but are not limited to: -Lead and coordinate the planning team and its core activities. -Ensure the development of production plans based on demand assessment versus plant capacity through the SOP/SOE processes. -Update short-term capacity profiles to best adapt to changes in demand. -Monitor and follow up on the execution of production plans in collaboration with Operations. -Coordinate commitments for critical products and manage communication with business counterparts. -Monitor planning and service KPIs at both local and central levels.
