Position Overview

An HR & Administration Officer is sought to provide day-to-day support across human resources and general administration, contributing to efficient HR processes, accurate documentation, and smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will assist with recruitment processes, including coordinating interviews, preparing and administering employment contracts, maintaining personnel files, and handling employee-related procedures with JobsPlus and Identità.

The role also involves supporting the implementation and enforcement of company policies, maintaining the employee handbook, organising team-building activities and other internal events, and helping reinforce health, safety, and EHS practices across the organisation.

Responsibilities will also include real estate administration, such as registering rental agreements with the Housing Authority, maintaining related reports and records, and assisting with associated documentation.

The candidate will additionally provide general administrative support and undertake ad hoc duties as required.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess strong organisational and administrative skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

Good communication and interpersonal skills are important, together with a professional approach when handling employee information and confidential documentation.

Previous experience or knowledge in payroll, human resources, and administration will be considered an asset.

The position will be primarily based at the Fgura office, with the selected candidate expected to work from the Mosta office approximately once every one to two weeks, depending on business requirements.
