Key Responsibilities

The role includes processing sales transactions, handling cash and POS operations, maintaining accurate stock records, and ensuring a high standard of customer service at all times.

Responsibilities also involve assisting with merchandising, stock transfers, online order fulfilment, product demonstrations, promotional activities, and supporting the efficient operation of the retail outlet.

The Salesperson will contribute to sales growth by building strong customer relationships and maintaining excellent product knowledge through ongoing training.

Requirements

Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills together with a customer-focused and proactive attitude.

Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service will be considered an asset.

Good organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.

The ideal candidate should be willing to work on a roster basis, including weekends and public holidays, and be flexible to work across different locations when required.

A valid driving licence and own transport will be considered advantageous.
