We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of the opening team of an exciting new hotel and contribute to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist guests during the night shift in a professional and friendly manner.
Perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
Handle guest requests, enquiries, and complaints promptly and courteously.
Carry out the night audit process, ensuring all daily financial transactions are balanced and accurately recorded.
Prepare daily reports and reconcile accounts.
Process payments and maintain accurate guest records.
Ensure the safety and security of guests and the hotel during overnight hours.
Liaise with other departments to ensure a smooth operation.
Maintain a clean and organised front office area.
Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

Previous experience in a Front Office or Night Auditor role will be considered an asset.
Knowledge of hotel property management systems is preferred.
Good numerical and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure.
Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages will be considered an asset.
Willingness to work overnight shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
A positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong attention to detail.
