Student Support Assistant

The Student Support Assistant (Runner) is a site-based auxiliary role providing flexible, responsive, and practical support across the school or institute to facilitate the smooth running of the operations.

Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and assist students throughout the school day. - Provide immediate support during behavioural incidents or emergencies. - Assist with staff break arrangements and classroom coverage. - Support student transport arrangements during arrival and departure. - Assist with school activities and daily operations. - Communicate effectively and collaborate with staff. - Follow safeguarding, health and safety procedures.
