Dispensing Optician

We are seeking a qualified and customer-focused Dispensing Optician to assist customers in selecting, fitting and maintaining suitable eyewear, ensuring accurate prescription requirements and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities: - Interpret optical prescriptions and recommend suitable lenses and frames. - Assist customers in selecting spectacles, sunglasses and contact lenses. - Take accurate measurements to ensure proper fitting. - Fit, adjust and repair spectacles. - Process customer orders and coordinate with optical laboratories and suppliers. - Maintain accurate customer records and prescription details. - Assist with stock management and product displays. - Provide after-sales support and handle customer enquiries. - Maintain optical equipment and ensure a clean, organised working environment.
