About the role

We are looking for a commercially driven Director of Account Management based in Malta to lead our Account Management function and grow revenue across our existing operator and platform portfolio. You will own the strategy, the team and the results, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Product and senior management.

Responsibilities

Leadership & Team
Lead, mentor and develop the Account Management team, including team leads and senior account managers, building a high-performing, accountable and commercially driven function.
Define the Account Management strategy, objectives, KPIs and performance standards, and act quickly where performance falls short.
Own recruitment, onboarding, training, portfolio allocation and resource planning across the team.
Portfolio & Revenue Growth
Take full ownership of our existing operator and platform portfolio, driving Net Revenue growth, retention and long-term partnerships.
Identify growth opportunities across the portfolio: new market entries, additional site launches, direct integrations and improved commercial terms.
Build strategic account plans for key clients and lead regular business reviews with clear action plans.
Commercial Execution
Lead negotiations and renegotiations with operators and platforms to secure profitable agreements.
Maximise game performance on operator platforms through premium positioning, promotions, visibility and new releases, working closely with Marketing.
Ensure a smooth handover of new clients from Sales, and feed market trends and client feedback into Product and Games.
Anticipate and manage commercial risks, from declining accounts to competitive threats.
Reporting & Planning
Own commercial forecasting and account growth plans, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company targets.
Build and improve Account Management processes, reporting and performance tools.
Provide regular performance updates and strategic recommendations to the CCO and senior management, and contribute to annual budgeting and planning.
