St. Edward’s College is seeking to employ a full-time Teacher of ICT and VOC IT from 2026/2027 from scholastic year 2026 / 2027.

What we’re looking for:

Fluency in English and Maltese
A strong educational background in IT. Experience in VOC IT is considered an asset
Passion for the classroom
Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and a desire to work in a team.
Commitment to upholding ethical standards and confidentiality in handling sensitive information

Willingness to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities in a dynamic educational environment
Energy, enthusiasm, and vision
Effective class management skills

Education and experience:

B.Ed., MTL or equivalent at MQF Level 6 or higher in the subject area;

And / Or;

In possession of a recognised, relevant qualification at MQF Level 6 (subject to a minimum of 180 ECTS / ECVET credits or equivalent),

And;

A recognised qualification in pedagogy at MQF Level 6 (subject to a minimum of 60 ECTS / ECVET credits or equivalent of which a minimum of 18ECTS / ECVET should comprise teaching practice / relevant school experience)

Or;

A comparable professional qualification in the subject / area applied for
