Working Hours: Rotational shifts, 5 days/week, 8 hours/day

Your Responsibilities

As a French-Speaking Customer Support Representative, you will:

Provide professional customer support in French
Communicate with customers via inbound phone, chat, and email

Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction
