About the Role

As a German-Speaking Customer Support Agent, you will support business customers using one of the world's leading online platforms. You'll assist then customers while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Provide professional customer support
Handle customer inquiries via phone and chat, providing comprehensive

support. * Accurately document customer interactions.

Continuously learn new tools, products, and processes.

What We're Looking For

Native or near-native German (at least C1f).
Fluent English.
Excellent written communication skills.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
