What You'll Do

Provide technical customer support via phone, email, and chat.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently.

Escalate complex cases when necessary.
Accurately document customer interactions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.

What We're Looking For

Native or fluent Dutch
B2 level English
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Customer-focused mindset
Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and receiving feedback
Previous customer service or technical support experience is an advantage

Compensation & Benefits

Gross salary: €1,100/month (14 salaries)
Meal allowance: €7.63 per working day
Attendance bonus: €120/month (11 months)
Performance bonus: €135/month (14 months)
Monday to Friday schedule
Weekends off
