Job Description

Our client, a well established organization in Malta, is currently seeking a Customer Care Team Leader to join their team.

Recruiting applicants already residing in Malta.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support the Customer Care team to deliver an exceptional customer experience and maintain high service standards.
Handle complex customer enquiries and resolve escalated complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Coach, mentor, and provide ongoing support to team members, encouraging continuous improvement and development.
Monitor team performance and conduct quality reviews to ensure service excellence.
Assist with shift planning, workforce coordination, and the day to day operations of the Customer Care department.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records and ensure internal procedures are followed.
Carry out any other duties related to the role as required by the business.

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Customer Care environment, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role.
A good standard of secondary education, with proficiency in English and Maltese. Knowledge of Mathematics will be considered an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team management abilities.
Excellent problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
A proactive, customer focused approach and the ability to motivate and support a team.

Benefits
