About the Role

As our Junior Legal Counsel, you will play a key role in safeguarding the business by ensuring that all operational, regulatory, and licensing obligations are met. This is a varied, hands-on position that works closely with stakeholders across the organisation, supporting the company’s strategic goals while maintaining a robust compliance framework.

Key Responsibilities

Compliance

Ensure full compliance with relevant regulatory requirements across all jurisdictions.
Stay updated on regulatory developments and advise the business accordingly.
Dealing with regulatory reporting processes and liaise with relevant authorities.

Licensing

Manage applications for gaming licences in multiple jurisdictions.
Maintain existing licences and ensure all conditions and ongoing requirements are met.
Build and maintain strong relationships with regulatory bodies.

Suppliers

Draft, review, and negotiate compliant contracts with service providers and suppliers.
Maintain systematic contract management and ensure consistent governance.

General Responsibilities

Collaborate with external legal services where required.
Maintain electronic filing systems and oversee associated administrative processes.
Handle a variety of legal and compliance matters that support the smooth running of the company’s operations.

Requirements

Proven experience in legal/compliance (gaming or regulated industry preferred)
