At Super Group, we're the NYSE-listed digital gaming company behind some of the world's leading Sports and iGaming brands, including Betway and Jackpot City. We're building a high-impact Actuarial Modelling & Support team and are looking for a talented Data Scientist to help shape how we forecast, analyse and drive business performance across a global organisation.

What you'll be doing

As a Data Scientist within our Actuarial Modelling & Support team, you'll work at the intersection of actuarial science, data science and commercial decision-making. You'll help develop and enhance our proprietary forecasting model, analyse large-scale customer and transactional datasets, and provide insights that influence strategic business decisions.

Key responsibilities include:

✅ Developing and enhancing financial forecasting and modelling tools

✅ Building reporting dashboards and visualisations in Power BI

✅ Analysing customer and business performance data to identify trends and opportunities

✅ Running scenario modelling and forecasting exercises

✅ Collaborating with stakeholders across Finance, Commercial and Technology teams

✅ Applying statistical techniques, regression models and predictive analytics to solve business problems

✅ Supporting model users and helping drive adoption across the business

What we're looking for

Degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Mathematics or a related quantitative discipline
3+ years' experience in an actuarial, modelling or analytics environment
Strong Python, SQL and Excel skills
Experience building analytical models and deriving actionable insights from data
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences
Progress towards actuarial qualifications is highly desirable

Nice to have

Experience with Power BI
Experience with stochastic modelling, Monte Carlo simulations, GLMs or time-series analysis
Knowledge of actuarial modelling platforms such as Tyche or Prophet
Experience using R or other statistical programming languages
