Ray Sammut and Associates is looking for a Structural Engineer to join the team who will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and overseeing the construction of buildings, bridges, and other structures to ensure they are safe, stable, and durable. The ideal candidate will assess materials, calculate loads, and work closely with architects and contractors to develop efficient structural solutions. The role includes conducting site inspections, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and using engineering software to create structural designs.

Responsibilities

Design, analyze, and optimize structural components for buildings, bridges, and other infrastructure projects.
Ensure designs meet safety, stability, and durability standards while complying with local and international building codes.
Perform site inspections to assess structural integrity and provide recommendations for improvements or repairs.
Utilize structural engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, SAP2000, ETABS) for design modeling and simulations.
Identify and resolve structural issues, troubleshoot design challenges, and provide innovative solutions.
Stay updated with industry advancements, new materials, and evolving construction techniques.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
Proven experience in structural design and analysis.
Proficiency in structural engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, SAP2000, ETABS).
