About the Role

We are looking for a reliable, hard-working, and flexible team player to join our growing business. Because we operate in a busy environment, this position requires versatility - you will assist across the floor, in the kitchen, and with maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities

Kitchen support: Assisting with basic food prep, dishwashing, and maintaining food hygiene standards.
Front-of-house: Welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and clearing tables efficiently.
Venue upkeep: Cleaning work areas, customer spaces, and kitchen equipment to ensure a fresh, welcoming environment at all times.

What We Are Looking For

Prior experience: Previous work in a similar role within a cafe, restaurant, or hospitality environment.
Language: Spoken English is essential to communicate effectively with guests and staff.
Flexibility: A positive "can-do" attitude, willingness to adapt to different tasks daily based on cafe needs, and willingness to co-operate with management staff.
Team player: Comfort and enthusiasm for working alongside people from diverse, multicultural backgrounds in a fast-paced setting.
