Where you Fit In:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Operations Manager to own the systems, processes, and content infrastructure that power our growing marketing function.

This role sits at the intersection of marketing, technology, and operations — you'll manage our website and CMS, streamline content workflows, and ensure our marketing operations run efficiently and compliantly across multiple regulated markets. Experience in iGaming or another highly regulated, fast-moving industry is essential, as you'll need to balance commercial speed with regulatory and licensing requirements.

You will have a strong understanding of digital optimization of Websites, digital touchpoints and customer acquisition channels. Previous IGaming experience would be ideal or similar industries.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, and working with multiple internal teams, you will play a crucial role in driving best practice within our growing marketing team.

The impact you will have:

Own the day-to-day management, maintenance, and optimisation of the company website(s) and any brand microsites, including CMS administration, content publishing, and page builds.

Manage content workflows end-to-end: briefing, scheduling, publishing, versioning, and archiving across web, landing pages, and campaign assets.

Partner with design, SEO, and compliance teams to ensure content is on-brand, optimised for search, and meets regulatory/licensing requirements across all relevant jurisdictions.

Monitor site performance, uptime, and user experience; troubleshoot issues and coordinate fixes with developers or external agencies.

Maintain a content calendar and governance framework to keep web and campaign content accurate, current, and compliant.

What we’re looking for:

3+ years' experience in a marketing operations, web/content management, or digital marketing role.

Proven experience within iGaming, betting, gaming, or another regulated online industry (essential).

Hands-on experience administering a CMS (e.g. WordPress, Sitecore, Adobe Experience Manager, or similar) and managing multi-market/multi-brand websites.

Strong understanding of content workflows, SEO fundamentals, and web governance best practices.

Familiarity with marketing automation and project management tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Monday.com, Asana, Jira).

Understanding of regulatory and responsible gambling considerations affecting marketing content and advertising in iGaming markets.

Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.

Strong analytical mindset — comfortable working with performance data, dashboards, and reporting tools.

Clear communicator, comfortable working cross-functionally with design, compliance, legal, and development teams.

Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
