Main Responsibilities

Build and prioritize the end to end client success roadmap across web,app,email,push, in-app, sms, viber and telemarketing touchpoints
Map the critical moments from web session start to application drop off and approval trought repayment, repeat use and reactivation, design the automated and triggered journeys that move customers to the next valuable state or action
Set eligibility, suppression, frequency and channel policies using customer behaviour, value, risk and consent signals, while protecting the customer trust
Translate lifecycle opportunities into business cases, monitor funded contracts, revenue, repeat rate, reactivation and channels cost – not opens and clics
Work with App, Web, Brand and Content, Client Service, Communications, Product, Data, Legal and IT teams to improve both the message and the customer experience
Define business and data requirenments with technical owners, ensure events, triggers, integrations, deliverability and QA are reliable, maintan journey documentation, test logs and visible lifecycle backlog

Job requirements

At least 5 years of hands-on experience in lifecycle marketing, retention or growth
A record of improving converstion, repeat use, retention or customer value
Confidence with funnels, cohorts, segmentation and experiment design, ability to challenge dat, brief analysts and validate conclusions independently
Ability to aligh Product, App, Web, Data, IT, Client Service, Legal and Marketing without relying on formal authority
Structured approach to journey logic, consent, QA, Deliverability , documentation and gap management
Fluent Bulgarian and excellent working English
Comfortable moving between strategy and hand-on execution, and willing to stop weak ideas rather than maintain a busy campaign calendar

Useful, but not mandatory

Experience in consumer finance, fintech, banking, subscription, e-commerce or another regulated, high frequency environment
Working knowledge of GA4, AppsFlyer, PowerBI, CDPs and analytical tools
Experience connecting digital only journeeys with telemarketing, remarketing and other owned operators
