It requires an analytical, curious professional who can identify risks, strengthen processes, support audits and provide evidence-based recommendations.

Support internal controls, policies, procedures and governance frameworks.
Conduct compliance reviews to identify risks, gaps and improvement opportunities.
Analyse processes and data to assess control effectiveness and provide recommendations.
Monitor compliance with internal, legal and regulatory requirements and support audits.
Prepare reports highlighting findings, risks and recommendations, and monitor corrective actions.
Promote compliance, internal controls and ethical business conduct.
Support grants administration, monitoring and reporting, ensuring accurate records and timely submissions.
Use SAP and other systems for reporting, data analysis and process improvement.
Collaborate with stakeholders to improve workflows, transparency and efficiency.
Support Finance projects as required.

MQF Level 5 in Business, Finance, Management, Risk, Compliance, Audit or related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience in internal controls, compliance, audit, governance, risk or grants is an asset.
Understanding of financial principles, accounting concepts and controls is advantageous.
SAP/ERP experience or willingness to develop systems proficiency is an asset.
Highly inquisitive, analytical and critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
Sound judgement, integrity, discretion and independence.
Confident in constructively challenging processes and identifying risks.
Strong attention to detail, organisation and time management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

(LTM) was established in 2003 as a joint venture between Lufthansa Technik AG (92%) and Air Malta (8%). The MRO service provider (Maintenance, Repair, Overhaul), based at Malta International Airport in Luqa, provides its customers with line and base maintenance services for short haul and long haul aircraft in the Airbus A320/A330/350 series.
