TTI is seeking a Company Secretary for one of our top clients. Our client is a well-established Maltese firm offering a comprehensive range of corporate, trust, and investment services. With decades of experience and a strong regulatory foundation, the company is known for delivering tailored financial solutions to both private and institutional clients.

Tasks

Support the Company Secretarial Manager with day-to-day corporate secretarial matters
Act as a point of contact for clients and respond to routine queries
Assist with client onboarding and the collection of KYC/AML documentation
Maintain statutory registers and accurate corporate records
Prepare agendas, minutes, resolutions, board packs, and meeting documentation
Assist with company incorporations, restructurings, strike-offs, and liquidations
Prepare and submit statutory filings to the Malta Business Registry
Monitor statutory deadlines and support regulatory inspections
Liaise with clients, regulators, auditors, and external stakeholders
Monitor relevant legal and regulatory updates
Perform additional duties as requested by management

Requirements

Previous experience in company secretarial, corporate services, legal, or compliance
Knowledge of Maltese company law and MBR procedures
Understanding of KYC/AML and corporate governance requirements
Strong organisational and communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to manage deadlines and confidential information
Proficient in English; Maltese is considered an asset

Salary: €28,000-35,000 per year
