TTI is seeking for a Project Planner for one of our top clients based in Malta. Our client is a leading company specialising in the design, engineering and management of the built environment, infrastructure, archaeological and geomatics services.

Tasks

Develop and maintain integrated project programmes across multiple projects (concept to completion)
Set up Work Breakdown Structures, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths
Baseline schedules, track progress, and produce look-ahead plans (2-6 weeks) and master schedules
Support resource planning and capacity forecasting with Project Managers and discipline leads
Identify schedule risks and constraints and propose mitigation plans
Manage programme updates, change impacts, and schedule revisions, including change logs
Prepare planning dashboards and reports for internal and client-facing meetings
Facilitate planning workshops and coordination sessions
Ensure planning documentation is controlled and aligned with company standards
Contribute to improving planning processes, templates, and reporting

Requirements

3+ years of experience in project planning/scheduling (construction, engineering, architecture, or PM consultancy)
Experience with complex or large-scale projects is an advantage
Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project
Knowledge of Power BI and advanced Excel is a plus
Good understanding of project lifecycle, procurement, and design coordination
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with stakeholders
Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence and coordinate teams
Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
