Sector is a sales and marketing partner for brands in the Maltese market. In our Consumer division, we are the field team behind brands that want to grow or maintain their presence in retail, whether they have no sales team of their own or want to supplement the one they have. We are looking for an experienced Sales Representative to join us.

You will visit supermarkets, groceries and retail outlets across Malta and Gozo, and you’ll be the face of the brands we represent. Your job is to win shelf space, keep customers ordering and make sure our products are visible and well presented in store. This is a hands-on role for someone who has already worked in sales or retail.

What you’ll be doing:

Visit existing customers on a regular route and build lasting relationships with shop owners and managers.
Introduce products to new outlets and help secure new listings.
Collect orders, follow up on reorders and respond to customer requests.
Check stock and shelf presentation, and improve in-store visibility.
Keep clear records of visits, orders and follow-ups.
Pass customer feedback and competitor activity back to the Consumer team.

What we’re looking for

Proven experience in sales, field sales, FMCG, retail or account management. This is essential.
Confidence speaking with shop owners and presenting products.
Good planning skills, so you can organise your route across Malta and Gozo.
A valid driving licence, comfortable driving around Malta and Gozo daily.
Fluent English is essential. Maltese is a strong asset.

What we offer

A varied portfolio of consumer brands and customers.
Ongoing learning opportunities and support for your career progression
A collaborative and respectful working environment
Training on the products, customers and sales process.
Flexibility where possible
Company vehicle or car allowance
Fuel allowance
A portfolio of trusted, respected medical products
