The role combines hands-on creative production with campaign coordination. You will be expected to shoot and edit video content, produce graphic assets, and ensure campaigns

Key Responsibilities

Shoot and edit video content for social media, hotel activations, F&B, events, and campaigns across all properties
Produce graphic design assets for digital and print using Adobe Photoshop and InDesign
Prepare and update marketing collateral including posters, menus, tent cards, and signage
Coordinate printing, distribution, and replacement of in-hotel promotional materials
Schedule and publish approved social media content across hotel and outlet channels, ensuring correct captions, tags, formatting, and posting schedules
Monitor social media engagement and escalate guest or brand-sensitive issues when needed
Support live coverage of hotel activations, events, and promotions, including on-site content capture
Coordinate collection of photos, videos, and assets from hotel teams and departments
Organize and maintain structured marketing asset libraries
Identify content gaps and coordinate photo and video shoots where required
Support rollout of marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, hotel offers, and outlet activations
Track campaign progress and ensure correct implementation across properties
Support updates to websites, landing pages, offers, and digital listings
Verify accuracy of promotional information, links, and campaign details before launch
Maintain trackers for campaigns, content, and deliverables
Support preparation of weekly and monthly marketing performance reports
Liaise with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and hotel teams for daily execution needs

What We're Looking For

Demonstrable experience shooting and editing short-form video content (Reels, Stories, campaign clips)
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and InDesign (portfolio required)
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities across properties
Attention to detail across both creative output and administrative follow-through
Comfortable working fast, taking initiative, and asking the right questions
