Storekeeper

We are seeking a reliable and organised Storekeeper to manage stock levels, receive and inspect deliveries, maintain accurate inventory records and ensure the proper storage and distribution of goods and materials.

Key Responsibilities: - Receive incoming deliveries and verify quantities and quality against invoices, delivery notes and purchase orders. - Report damaged goods, discrepancies and shortages. - Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records. - Organise storage areas and ensure goods are stored safely and correctly. - Issue materials, supplies and products to the relevant department. - Conduct regular stocktaking and investigate inventory discrepancies. - Monitor expiry dates, damaged goods and stock wastage. - Maintain records of deliveries, stock movement, returns and inventory levels. - Inform management of low stock levels and assist with replenishment requests. - Maintain a clean, tidy and safe storage area. - Report stock-related issues to management.
