Position Overview

Provide safe, reliable transportation and related support services using company vehicles. Maintain professional conduct, punctuality, and adherence to all traffic and company policies while supporting operations and customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities

- Vehicle Operation: Safely operate company vehicles for pickups, deliveries, site visits, and errands according to assigned schedules.

- Route Management: Plan efficient routes, adjust to traffic conditions, and meet time-sensitive delivery or appointment windows.

- Customer Interaction: Represent the organization professionally when interacting with clients, vendors, and site personnel; provide courteous assistance as needed.

- Vehicle Maintenance: Perform routine vehicle checks (oil, tires, lights, fluids), report defects, and ensure cleanliness and proper fuel levels.

- Documentation: Complete and submit required logs, delivery receipts, inspection reports, and timesheets accurately and on time.

- Compliance: Adhere to traffic laws, licensing requirements, safety protocols, and company policies; report incidents or accidents immediately.

- Support Tasks: Assist with light loading/unloading of cargo, basic equipment handling, and on-site coordination as required.

- Availability: Maintain reliable attendance and be prepared to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends as needed.

Skills and Qualifications

- Licensing: Valid Category B or Category C Driving Licence.

- Experience: Previous driving experience in a professional or commercial setting; familiarity with local roads and traffic patterns.

- Communication: Professional working proficiency in English; clear verbal communication and basic writing skills for reporting.

- Physical Ability: Ability to perform light manual handling and pass any required medical or fitness checks.

- Reliability: Punctual, dependable, with strong time-management and organizational skills.

- Safety Focus: Knowledge of safe driving practices, defensive driving, and basic vehicle maintenance.

- Technical: Comfortable using GPS/navigation tools, mobile devices for logs/delivery confirmation, and basic digital forms.

- Customer Service: Polite, helpful attitude with an emphasis on customer satisfaction and professional appearance.

Working Hours

Part-Time:

Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday
8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Full-Time:

Full-time opportunities are also available.
