AV Lead to take charge of the technical delivery of our events, shows and activations.

This is a hands-on role for someone confident working with sound, lighting and video equipment, leading setup crews and keeping events running smoothly.

Your responsibilities

Plan and manage AV requirements for events.

Set up, operate and dismantle sound, lighting and video systems.

Lead technical crews and coordinate with event managers, performers and suppliers.

Troubleshoot technical issues during rehearsals and live events.

Manage equipment preparation, maintenance, storage and inventory.

Ensure equipment is installed and operated safely.
