Our client, a Digital advertising, Affiliate Marketing, SEO and lead generation organization, is currently on the lookout for a Head of Paid Media.

Responsibilities

Architect and oversee the execution of complex, high-volume performance campaigns across paid media platforms, including Google Ads and Meta Ads, ensuring a unified strategy that captures intent and delivers high quality results.
Direct the deployment of programmatic display and video buys through advanced and audience-specific DSPs, leveraging tailored bidding strategies and third-party data to reach audiences outside of standard platform constraints.
Own and push for implementation of end-to-end technical infrastructure for measurement, including the implementation of Server-Side GTM, Conversion APIs (CAPI), and complex event-based tagging to maintain tracking accuracy despite cookie deprecation and platform changes as they roll out.
Develop and scale an aggressive "test and learn" framework for creative assets, utilizing speedy iteration to identify winning hooks and reduce the fatigue associated with high- frequency scaling.
Implement the latest account architectures designed to maximize operational uptime and mitigate the impact of sudden platform volatility or policy enforcements in more niche markets and verticals.
Manage the dynamic allocation of budgets, moving capital in real-time to the highest-yielding opportunities while maintaining a focus on Lead acquisition, but also ROAS and LTV.
Collaborate with engineering and data teams to build proprietary dashboards that go beyond standard platform metrics, providing a "source of truth" for attribution and incremental growth.
Proactively adjusting landing page strategies and funnel flows to ensure uninterrupted traffic and conversion.
Act as a hands-on mentor and foster a collaborative environment where team members feel supported in taking calculated risks, and push the boundaries of paid media practices.
Cultivate a culture of extreme ownership and technical curiosity, conducting regular deep- dive sessions to deconstruct successful competitor tactics and integrate them into the internal playbook.

Requirements

A minimum of 7+ years of hands-on experience managing Google and Meta ecosystems, with a proven history of scaling accounts in numerous markets to success.
Advanced proficiency in the programmatic landscape, with specific experience in real-time bidding strategies and the management for niche audience targeting.
Expert-level mastery of Google Tag Manager and GA4, specifically regarding the integration of offline conversion data and the bypassing of client-side tracking limitations.
A "performance-first" mindset with the technical dexterity to navigate strict platform policies through unconventional account structures, landing page cloaking/obfuscation, or multi-account farming and management.
Extensive experience operating within "high-risk" or aggressive verticals, demonstrating an ability to maintain account longevity and bypass automated flagging systems through creative technical workarounds.
Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of media buyers, instilling a culture of technical curiosity, aggressive experimentation, and tactical resilience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Ability to communicate strategy to senior management, and advocate for needs of team and function.
