We are currently assisting our client in their search for an ambitious, tech‑savvy B2B Business Development Executive to drive growth, build strong client partnerships, and showcase the value of our client' s industry‑leading solutions. If you thrive on consultative selling, understand business needs, and love closing deals that make an impact—this role is for you.

Responsibilities

Build meaningful, long-term relationships with prospects and clients.
Deliver engaging product demos and presentations.
Collaborate with technical teams to tailor solutions to client needs.
Prepare professional proposals and tender documents.
Drive the sales pipeline through structured research and prospecting.
Negotiate and close deals that create long-term business value.
Stay updated on industry and product developments.
Share insights with the product team to support continuous improvement.

Requirements

5+ years’ proven success in B2B sales.
Experience selling technical/software solutions is a strong plus.
Familiarity with payroll, HR, or accounting systems is an asset.
Results-driven, self-motivated, and proactive.
Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in English & Maltese
Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
Valid driving licence & attention to detail.
