Key Responsibilities

• Assist in achieving sales targets by actively promoting products and upselling where possible
• Contribute to maintaining an attractive and organized store layout, and a clean shop/warehouse, and carry stock. This involves cleaning activities.
• Resolve customer issues and address challenges effectively to ensure customer satisfaction
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and productive work environment.
• Work both inside and outside the shops as needed

Must be willing to work late nights and long weekend hours, including Sundays.
