RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement revenue strategies across the property portfolio
Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns
Optimize room rates and inventory distribution across all booking channels
Analyze occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and other key performance metrics
Prepare regular revenue forecasts and performance reports
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to maximize revenue opportunities
Manage online travel agency (OTA) relationships and channel performance
Identify new opportunities to increase profitability and market share

REQUIREMENTS

Previous experience in Revenue, Hospitality, or a similar analytical role
Strong understanding of pricing strategies, forecasting, and market analysis
Experience with PMS, Channel Managers, and Revenue Systems
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
Experience in the hospitality industry is considered an asset
Fluency in English is es
