General Construction Labourer

The company is growing rapidly, as is its customer base. Large scale project require adequate workforce to meet the demand, high expectation and tight schedules that are typical of such projects.

Key Duties and Responsibilities Site preparation and cleanup: Removing debris, hazards, and waste; maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Loading and unloading materials: Moving tools, equipment, and supplies using wheelbarrows, carts, or by hand. Digging and groundwork: Excavating trenches, pits, and foundations; backfilling holes. Operating tools and machinery: Using drills, saws, grinders, jackhammers, excavators, and other equipment depending on training. Assisting skilled trades: Supporting carpenters, masons, plumbers, electricians, and machine operators. Building temporary structures: Assembling and dismantling scaffolding, ramps, and braces. Traffic and safety support: Directing vehicles and pedestrians when required; following OSHA or site‑specific safety rules. Concrete and material handling: Mixing, pouring, spreading, and leveling concrete, asphalt, or other materials
