Key Responsibilities

Assist in understanding current business processes and identifying improvement opportunities

Support requirements gathering and documentation through stakeholder workshops

Help design improved business processes using tools specialised tools

Facilitate communication between business and IT teams

Participate in testing and validation of solutions

Support user training and change management activities

Continuously develop your skills in business analysis and financial services

Who You Are

Recent graduate with a Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good communication and teamwork abilities

Eager to learn and grow in a consulting environment

Familiarity with business process or agile tools is a plus but not required
