Cleaner

Seeking reliable and hardworking cleaners to carry out residential, commercial and short-let property cleaning across Malta, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and customer satisfaction.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform regular and deep cleaning at residential, commercial and short-let properties.

Sweep, vacuum, mop and scrub floors.

Clean and sanitise bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms and common areas.

Dust, wipe and disinfect surfaces, furniture and fixtures.

Clean windows, glass surfaces and appliances when required.

Carry out Airbnb turnover cleaning, including changing bed linen and preparing properties for incoming guests.

Handle cleaning products, chemicals and equipment safely and correctly.

Follow cleaning checklists, company procedures and health and safety standards.

Report property damage, maintenance concerns and any cleaning issues to the supervisor.

Work independently or as part of a team to complete assigned jobs within scheduled timeframes.

Requirements

Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience is preferred.

Basic understanding of cleaning procedures and hygiene standards.

Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently.

Reliability, punctuality and attention to detail.

Ability to perform physically demanding cleaning duties.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Flexibility to work at different client locations across Malta.
