We are seeking a Product Designer to create and improve mobile and web platforms, turning product ideas into user flows, wireframes, polished interfaces, prototypes and production-ready designs.

We are looking for a hands-on Product Designer who can take ownership of the design process across multiple products. The role involves turning business ideas and product requirements into clear user journeys, wireframes, high-fidelity interfaces, interactive prototypes and reusable design systems.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Director, developers and other stakeholders throughout the complete product lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include:

Design mobile apps, responsive web platforms and dashboards.
Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes and prototypes.
Produce polished, production-ready UI designs.
Build and maintain reusable design systems and component libraries.
Design responsive interfaces for mobile, tablet and desktop.
Improve existing products through UX analysis and iteration.
Work closely with developers during implementation and handoff.
Review implemented interfaces for visual and UX consistency.
Participate in product ideation and help shape new platforms from the initial concept.
Design onboarding, authentication, dashboards, workflows and transactional experiences.
Maintain visual consistency across the Aftermath ecosystem.

Requirements

Strong portfolio demonstrating mobile and web product design.
Excellent Figma skills.
Good understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design.
Strong typography, spacing, hierarchy and visual-design skills.
Ability to turn complex workflows into simple interfaces.

Understanding of design systems and reusable components.

Ability to work independently across several products.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience with Bootstrap, HTML/CSS, SaaS platforms, marketplaces, mobile apps, AI products or developer handoff workflows would be considered an advantage.

This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys creating products rather than working exclusively on marketing graphics.
