As a Service Technician your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of all facility-related systems and equipment.

Comprehensive knowledge of the processes and systems associated with plant rooms and facility operations;
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills troubleshooting skills to diagnose equipment malfunctions and perform necessary repairs;
Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting and monitoring of facility related systems;
Perform regular inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure the facility's systems and equipment are functioning properly. This includes electrical, HVAC, and other mechanical systems;
Perform routine inspections of equipment and machinery, identify malfunctions, and troubleshoot issues;
Conduct regular maintenance tasks, such as lubrication, cleaning, and replacing worn-out parts;
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment;
Assist in the installation, modification, and repair of plant equipment as needed;
Monitor and control plant systems, including temperature, pressure, and flow rates;
Work closely with supervisors and other departments to address equipment issues, provide technical support, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives;
Keep accurate records of equipment maintenance, repairs, and operational parameters;
Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and company policies related to plant operations.
